Is The INFJ The TRUE ALPHA Of The MBTI? Of the 16 Myers-Briggs personality types, there’s one that is quite very hard-to-find. Unlike the 15 others, it makes up merely half the fraction of the entire population. This is the INFJ personality type.
Many people often get conflicted with INFJ Types. This is not far from the fact that sometimes even the INFJ Types do not fully grasp the intricacies and basics of this personality type.
In this video, you will find out why many people from the other MBTI personality types often describe the INFJ personality as The ALPHA. Is the INFJ really the True Alpha of the MBTI?
Again, the lives of Mahatma Gandhi and Mel Gibson as well as Oprah Winfrey and Nelson Mandela are proof of how effective and change-driven INFJ leaders can be.

As an INFJ i can relate but i like alone time in the great outdoors hunting etc I'm from a very rural and military background through most of my family i actually get on with people and help less fortunate people always been an outdoorsy person from childhood to this day but always help the people who are less fortunate tend to stand up for others could never stand backstabbers . I'm a very quiet guy always observing my surroundings taking everything in They say that the eyes are windows to the soul we love to suss people out before allowing them into our life . I've had people looking into my eyes ( but i don't stair at people it's a of a freaky thing to do ) most people say that my eyes are soulless My reply to them people is that my soul saw sense and left a long time ago But I've had some people see pain and lack of trust in people and an emptiness ( i have that for a very good reason life experiences But i don't let it dictate life to the extent of ruling life i don't let it stop me from being a decent person ) any way loved the video very fitting keep up the good work stay safe and well Godbless to you, myself and all the other good decent people wether INFJ's or not

I'm an INFJ-T, i must say that we are more of a Guide. We would like to help people not in a way that we would do it for them but making them do it by their own by guiding then in their decisions or paths also on something that they are facing so that they won't need us again. the problem is INFJs can be taken advantage of because we can't easily say no even if we do know we being taken for granted. also the thing that we want to be understood by others but the same the we don't want to be. we like people but also hates people. we love us but hate us. feels cool about being able to understand so many things but also become anxious and tired about it.

We see what other people can't see, cause and effect.. In other words, you reap what you sow, what goes around comes around, be careful of your choices in life... Due to the fact people can't see what we see, don't understand what we understand, they either, want to get away from us, they're intimidated or people that are simple-minded say we're nuts.. Once you become a mature INFJ, (if you're a mentally healthy INFJ, meaning addictions altered your mind), our (ESP)intuition is so strong you read people as they walk towards you..

Alpha's require Beta's and Delta's to form a pack, yet INFJ's are the Sigma as they can work with others, lead with authority and confidence, protect with their own lives but they prefer to not have others dependent upon them, if it does happen, however, the INFJ will pick up the mantle of Alpha without skipping a beat.

The reason why they turn their attention to us is because we make things look interesting. I recently found this out from an elderly lady who’s husband I cared for. She would watch me (at times it felt like an awkward stare when preparing supplies for sponge bath) so I just had to ask “ IS EVERYTHING OKAY ?” and she said “ I’M NOT TRYING TO BE RUDE OR ANYTHING. IT’S JUST INTERESTING THE WAY YOU DO THINGS. I COULD SHADOW YOU “ that was one of if not the best compliments I’ve ever had especially coming from an elderly woman.

We tend to read or listen between the lines that lead to the true meaning or motive from others which makes it easier to make a decision, which maybe viewed by the receiver as a positive or negative reply. As everything is viewed as either a threat or as a benefit for good. One thing I can't stand is people who or either fake (people who don't seek the truth or fact but reply on assumption) or laziness (people who feel the world owes them something as if they are entitled to why they don't deserve). I have been judged by some people as being harsh, but that is my way of wanting to do things the right way the first time as I view repeating anything is a big waste of time management.

I feel like INFJs are sometimes a Alpha and a Omega all together because we sometime lead by following behind the pack to observe others. In most cases Alpha males are extroverts, and INFJs are a mix depending on the mood and people around them. When INFJ lead they don’t want to be intrusive, they want to empower their followers through understanding and leaving them alone. I think when INFJ are more introvert they’re more the Sigma type, and when they’re more extrovert they’re more the Alpha type, but when they need to recharge they usually default back to Omega type.

Agreed! Also, Please research 'narcissitic personality disorder' (NPD) / 'cluster-B'; and know that they are the 'root of all evil' (especially 'ESFJ/ESTJ-narcissits'; Myers-Briggs reference, look it up)! European 'ESFJ' are the worst personality type, and they are responsible for inventing 'racism' and colonization! It is in their neuro-psychology!! The are extremely 'manipulative' and often use 'looking pretty' to distract others from the witch's mind-games / mind-rape, e.g. gaslighting, playing the victim or damsel in distress, creating 'flying-monkeys', and paying others to attack (or at times kill) someone for her. When caught, she will use her minions as scapegoats. European ESFJ are notorious for this especially in a racist context, e.g. Elliott Till. Spread the word!

I feel that and I totally know what you mean, I recently had to quit a job because the other manager felt threatened, and he was trying to manipulate me to keep me in his little box of expectations - people still have their ways of doing things to get things done and mistakes are a part of life. and us allowing it even though it may not be exactly what we want. They're still doing their best to do what they can!

Incredibly accurate. But one thing that irritates an INFJ to no end is when they are asked how to proceed with something, then that person does NOT take the advice, which results in a new problem that needs help. Two rather than one. This may not lead to a door slam, but may result that person being "ghosted" for a few months.

Both INFJ-A and INFJ-T are INFJs and act like INFJs in every situation, but they will be slightly different from each other by comparison. Basically the infj a is more matured and is much more relaxed/understanding and emotionally stable

As an INFJ-A, I don't like everyone being dependant on me, I'd rather teach them how to fly and then fade into the background until you need me. However, I also get the urge to "lead" when the current leader isn't the best... I hate seeing other people lead others astray. Will. Not. Stand. For. It. Anyone else?

I am an INFJ but I don’t believe at all we are the alphas regardless of these true traits. True alphas go after anything with determination and are usually well known leaders with a strong personality and very extroverted. A true INFJ is usually hiding from the world even though they know how to desquise this preference and can have these traits I mention as well. I have never met before an INFJ that is even interested in being an alpha and if he or she ends up being one they would prefer not to be in that situation.

If i spoke up on ppl itd be like jon is the overcompensating douchebag. He has a strong title. He low key that he likes it up the ass. Sally here, shes charming & knows what works for her. She low key has never been put in her place & seeks out dominating types. George here, hes the loudest. The assholes of all assholes. Bc low key anything makes him tick & hes insecure as hell. Betty here channels her masculinity. She has the look part down too. She believes the more uncommon she looks, the more depth she has. Low key, shes still that scared little girl inside. Phillip here is known to be too sensitive. Some might say hes feminine. Phillip lowkey kills small animals in the barnyard. Alexa here, shes a a complete cunt. So much, you wonder if theres any vulnerability to her. Or if shes just fronting. Shes one of 12 siblings. Her being they youngest, the baby girl, the only girl. Dan here is the hippie. He actually truly dont give any fs. He hasnt washed his hair since a yr ago & smokes pot way too much. He doesnt even know what yr it is, let alone whos even president. Jenny is the choose me girl. The boys love her fall all the wrong reasons. She low key loves it. She supports anything against her own what couldve been a good will. Steve here has never got attention his whole life. So he gets lost in his job to fill his void instead. He has no clue shannon has been madly in love w/ him since they were kids. Cynthia here, shes completely clueless to how beautiful she is. So she just keeps to herself. Reading literature that takes her mind somewhere else. Shes too kind. Everyone bullys her. Bob here is a meat head. He makes a living off his looks. They dont know that he uses roids & his pics are old. Now hes hormonal & he has man tits. Leeann here was born into wealth & shes attractive. She keeps winning. Shes the loneliest most empty of a shell person ever & is too scared to even go out. Ppl use her a lot. Donald here is a fn lunatic. Hes like Leann but sleeps & spoons weapons to help him sleep at night. His sleeping medication is strong. Rich as hell ... but is bankrupt & everybody hates him. Besides his faithful minions. Stefanie here actually worked her way too the top on her own. She has no idea why ppl fear her. Shes really sincere. Tyler here has done every sneaky manuever there ever was. He still lives at home w/ his mom. Shes fallen ill & laying on her death bed. Brenda here truly think shes entitlted. Shes been poor her whole life & has never worked. Shes an addict. Kyle here has no sense of self. He tells ppl whatever he thinks they want to here. Kyle is really popular. Tracy here lies so much, she even fools her self. She has a lot of confidence. Shane here has all the ladies. Ppl cant figure out why. Hes broke as hell. He has a lot of sugar mommas. Renee is one of them. Renee here, shes a cougar. Shes been controlled her whole life, for once she wants control. She walks david around on a leash behind closed doors on the side. David lowkey is the city mayor. Danqthyn here is a mixture of a lot of things. Shes really consistent in her chamillion like ways. Thats unnerving.,,,,,,,,,, And what did we learn here today kids? There is no right one answer, that fits all.

I feel like you're generalizing. Some may not look for leadership, others do. Also, the classic drive for justice in whatever context neans we often end up in leadership roles accidentally - because we saw patterns and predicted things ahead of people, and because we tend to help others. I think you're judging by your own experiences, which is usual, but I don't think it's a true representation of INFJs.

Im not a show off or big headed the opposite but im defo infj iv found only months ago iv got all the traits im nearly always right but dont boast i naturally know what's right and wrong without doubt i can often know what someone will do or say based on intuition and i only talk about relevant issues or only speak truth always i talk about interesting and quirky things that most others do not i imagine things and scenarios that no one else does!!!!! Lies. Infj is THE alpha. That quiet confidence associated with the average infj is someone afraid to perform horribly. A real infj is like a very alpha type person and they are not to be trifled with. We can make the intjs strategy fall under its own weight if we catch wind someone is screwing us. We will sell their child down the river, figuratively and literally if we allow our hatred to consume us enough. Infjs aren’t this rainbows and sunshine we are told we are. We can actually be the worst type as well. Hitler was infj for example.

Don't get too caught up in these labels my friends. Our environment and personal growth path can easily change these things given enough time and effort. I typically find myself a balanced INFJ-A. Only the introversion stays relatively high for me. In any case, seeking balance is the key. For those too caught up in their own minds I suggest using various forms of meditation to master control over it.

Number 5 is super accurate. I think the whole 'alpha' thing really is about being so aware of the human condition that when other people are in odd-predicaments we're confident in seeing a solution and getting back on track. We don't suffer like how other MBTI's suffer, we can survive though a lot so we're ready for anything.

INFJs seem to have most in common with the Sigma archetype. We don’t like to be bossed around and we don’t like the idea of bossing others around either. Instead of telling someone what to do INFJs and Sigmas would much rather share their insight with someone in the hopes that it might help them choose the path that is best for themselves. INFJs and Sigmas are more interested in the deeper meanings and implications of their thoughts and actions rather than how they might effect their social status. Sigmas can be even better leaders than Alphas because power only interests them insofar as what can be done with it.

Yeah, as an infj, i get a lot of comments like "you should interact often" or "speak up." I remember at school no one actually took me seriously and the smarter ones were very obvious that they were smart. But when we had a recitation and some debates, they were actually shocked. My adviser even have to tell other teachers to call me for recitation because I have good insights but just doesn't participate too much unless I'm called. Lol. I tend to have hope that at some way I could change the world behind the scenes. The people in general. Like the way they behave or think or feel. Maybe inspire them to do better. Infj stuffs

The world is a big family. Create that . That's deeply idealistic i know but an unstoppable theme within my soul.. I just don't agree with or truly "get" the attachment to power differences actually. It's an uncomfortable barrier. Sad. Duality. "Authority" It's a dirty word::to me. I know all about burnout...all or nothing for sure...I've been reckless with my health in my past as a workaholic so..balance /support is crucial.... Much appreciated.

This a tricky question. To me, whoever is the most wise should guide the rest to the right decision. I also think that everyone has s o m e valuable information in them, and we all have different life-experiences, and different talents, so i think listening to other peoples input is vital to making the best decision for the group. So-over time, i think a person who seems wise enough, wellbalanced decisions, not too coloured by ego, or , other prejudice, or personal agendas, should naturally somehow emerge as a leader. a lot of people mistake arrogance for confidence though. And sometimes a leader needs to be able fight back, bite back if attacked, be able to incorporate ” the dark side” of psychology so to speak, which is something i have had to learn, and i think i have gotten better at. But it has come through a lot of encounters with ”not so nice people. ”
