Is the iPhone 8 worth buying in 2025?

I’d say these older iPhones serves better as a backup and not a daily phone👍 still have my 8 plus and planning to have the battery replaced at Apple after 4 years ❤👍

Quick answer is no unless you're wanting a home button. But if you're wanting home button, just go for the newest SE or 2nd Gen one But. I would prefer to get a iphone 11 or up.

The iPhone 8 and 8+ are stuck back on iOS 16 whereas the second generation SE is on iOS 18.

I use iPhone 8 its nice small okay camera at daytime but at night it sucks. Its very slow. Battery is bad. Games don't run very well.

That’s my iPhone! That’s the iPhone SE not the iPhone 8 but I’m assuming your just trying to help people so there’s nothing wrong with that.
