I like this guy. Honest, simple reviews of useful stuff without all the jerking around and the need to be ludicrous like the most of today's youtubers. Only the accent is here and there hard to understand, but I'm sure he'll work on that! Keep it on ;)

Mefoto tripod i believe is more sturdier and feature packed. but the downside, the tripod head is your usual ball adapter instead of video mount. but that aside, it is the best, cheap-ish PHOTO tripod out there imo

I like Mefoto tripods the best. They are a bit sturdier with Arca Swiss plates. Though my doesn't have a fluid head I'm hoping to upgrade to one. Also they have rotating release locks for the legs.

I really like this tripod but I've had some issues with it. I've bought and returned 3 units and even tried 2 more in a store but they have all had the same issue. The bubble leveler has not been in balance. At fist I thought that I could live with this issue but then I noticed that the issue was with the whole head, because when panning after I balanced the head with either the horizon or the cameras leveler it would lose the horizontal balance. I really hope I just had bad luck with the ones I tried because I would really like to have one.
@TheMagicCrayons7 жыл бұрын

Don't buy this tripod , i ordered it directly from Manfrotto website recieved it one week later damaged, broken screw on the fluid head, this tripod has a MANUFACTURE DEFECT, when you fold the legs it is touching the screw that adjust the fluid head, meaning if it is touching it, it was design to break, i got mine broken straight out of the box. then they give me hell to return it, they don't send you a return label like every other company in the world that sells products online, you have to call and ask for one, bottom line , 1 week after i recieved the tripod and informed them i want to return, i still can't do it because i have to fight with them to get a return label. Defected product, Poor service

Nice review. However I still think that tripod is to big, I would like to see a monopod with a small tripod capability at the bottom, so you could use it as a tripod if you need to. Would be perfect for real small cameras when you want more stable video or stationary shots. Perhaps there is a product like that, I do not know. Anyone know, post a reply with link.
@tams8057 жыл бұрын
You could get a monopod and use a three-pronged based on it. Manfrotto make some. That said, they are for greater stability then being held, not for when they are left on their own, as they might topple over
@dennisolof99947 жыл бұрын
Ok, yes I understand that. I was more thinking of a monopod for main use, but with the option to have a tripod base on it, so you could use it as a slim tripod, with limitations of course but still. It could also be half the height. There are tiny tripods like pocket versions but they are often to small, but I am getting one, I think Lok has a tiny one he does use. Anyway thanks for advice, will look at the options out there.
