Something else to consider about Mario and his training in the movie; one can see it as a reflection of us, the players, and our first time playing Mario (or a platformer in general). That whole bit of Mario and the training montage is probably no different to the amount of trial and error we trudged through on our first journeys in this world, and things would only get better from there

I remember me having the same thoughts as Gorune on Peach... until I remember being like "wait a minute, this isn't Peach... this is Zelda... wtf is Zelda doing in a Mario movie?". Like Peach can be empowered and all that, but I prefer this idea Brawl established where Zelda's the wise one that kicks ass while Peach is much more ditzy and goofy. She's more of a pacifist mother figure to the Toads. Although one can argue that they could be exploring her explosive diva side from Strikers, which if they do, I'd be down for. But if they take the wise route, I believe that when Nintendo eventually gets to the Zelda adaption, there won't be enough to set Zelda apart from Peach. I think the road trip idea would work with Luigi as the damael, but I think it'd be a funny idea where Mario questions Peach's security and how she should be more on her toes with threats like Bowser. I'm happy little girls have a character like this, I just think Nintendo should focus on variety is what I'm getting at.

Well, I personally want the foreign dubs over the American one 4 the following reasons: 1. All the celebritiy voices straight down the line sound horrible, & I've waited 2 many decades 4 this movie 2 come out 4 these choices 2 happen. 2. Mario's voice sounds terrible. 3. Bowser doesn't sound anywhere near dramatically deep enough & sounds like soggy toilet paper. 4. Princess Peach sounds like Rebecca Black. 5. Luigi sounds like Pauly Shore in "hysteria" mode. All are perfectly legit reasons 4 me 2 be annoyed with the American dub, & therefore I'm uninterested in it. I'm personally wanting 2 somehow buy another dub - *any* other dub is better than this, as far as I'm concerned.
