It doesn't matter because it's not going to happen. The Ray's are staying. The only reason Orlando was discussed was because of the Trop. The new St. Pete project is going to resolve all the issues with transport and traffic congestion.

To me the Rays are trying to stay in St. Pete means to me that in the next 2 years the MLB will will either see that happen or force a sale and the team moves to Nashville... OR Orlando if this is serious! I hope it is as I live in Polk county so it would be easier for me going to Orlando!

mlb in Orlando would be amazing, living in volusia county driving to Orlando to catch a game would be wayyyy better than drivin 2.5 hrs to st pete to sit in a dome , im 110% on board with this idea

At some point, I heard some rumors about the Rays possibly moving to Ybor city. That seems to be a much better location than St. Pete. However it seems those rumors haven’t come to anything.

Depends on the location and time. Some areas do, but we live in Orlando metro and we do not experience much traffic on the regular.

@@davidlafleche1142 My friend, both of those cities have a metro population of less than 1 million. And Buffalo’s metro population is in decline. Other cities that are likely are Portland, OR and Nashville.
