FNH8IT, I love FPS VR (Quest) I dabbled in the original Contractor, Onward but I hundreds of hours in Zero Caliber Reloaded. This battle royale is great. There is a huge learning curve, but I’m enjoying it. Your content has helped immensely. Thank you. I’m saying all of that to say the solo mode has to stay. It’s a great training ground for so many reasons. No one to depend on, so you learn from your mistakes. It’s so much easier and faster to jump into another match after you ultimately die. More matches mean improved skills and so on. Trio’s when your a newbie just makes you a liability and that’s no fun for anyone. Thanks again for all of your content. Please keep it coming. We newbies have so many questions and so much to learn.

yup i can easily see that point of view. I do hope it stays which i think it will if the player base is large enough. I seems like it is to be honest, there was i think about 1 more minute added to lobby load times and ive only had a few not reach full 60.

I love solos. It’s great for sneaky play. Trying to get places unseen is very exciting in this game. Pinning someone in a house is also very fun. Since everyone is solo the situation just becomes really intense. Every encounter is a 1 on 1 duel to the death. Really wish hardware accelerated audio was still a thing.. the spatial audio we could have had if the quests had the hardware to run it in this day and age would be amazing. Raytraced audio would make so much sense in this game.

I agree mate I thought it was going to be better because I'm taking out squads solo but I've realised that players are more clueless in squads but solos are ratty/ tryhard players so I'm sticking to squads lol

Solos are dirty AF for people that aren't afraid to move around.. I just go on hunting runs.. Load up on uavs and nades..

I would love solos if 1. Full Size lobbies (why make it 45?) 2.Full size circle (let us use the map lol) 3. No self rez from the start. I think that would make it better.

It is absolutely a great mode that they should keep in the game Trio's is fun and all but it's great to be able to jump in a Solo match without having to fight stacks all game

@FNH8IT you should try using the AK alpha with the scepter blk 4x scope. That scope also has clean ironsights on the top of it for close range

@FNH8iT I like running single fire for accuracy at long range and this sight increased my accuracy alot. Also the vertacx 8x has a tab towards the front that will let you adjust the scope to any zoom between 1x-8x

@FNH8iT Have you done any videos on jump strategy? I have an idea of places to jump. However it's like there are multiple planes people are jumping from. I can't tell you how many times when I hit the ground, someone is already there and geared up only to snuff me out within minutes.

I noticed a bit of lag with players from other regions hitting auto and getting shoved in the NA servers. of course the shotgun campers are there too but ive luckily been getting good nades on them

I thought you were playing single player? What you doing with another person in the game? I don't understand this game at all, plus you play the game far too fast for me to understand what is going on. I stopped the video after a minute into the game. This does not look like a Single player game. Is Contractors showdown a single player game????? Or is it only multiplayer???? Not sure what you mean by Solos. i do not have or ever played a contractors game. But looking at games to play only single player (FPS) in VR. I do not want multiplayer games. It looks like Contractors Showdown is only online Multiplayer, Correct??? Thanks for any info on this VR game.

No one else is with me, this is solo mode in the battle royal called Contractors Showdown. There is proximity chat meaning you will hear other players talking especially after I kill them. This is a fast paced game so things happen quickly. Solo mode is 45 players all 1v1 until the last man standing. Trios is 60 players 3v3 until the last squad standing all online multiplayer

I guess it is first come first serve to find and get the weapons, etc. I really like the parachuting down in the game. Ah, SOLO means you are fighting just for yourself, not as a team. Still it is only strictly multiplayer which you are fighting against real people, not AI. It is a cool game to watch you play. Take care.

@@dathyr1 yeah no problem at all 🍻 they do not have bot lobbies in this one but Population One is a battle royal as well and it is free, they do have offline mode with bots in theirs. The 2 games have the same principles but different mechanics. If you are interested in battle royals i would recommend getting population one and trying out the offline mode to see how you feel about it before buying contractors showdown.

@andywheatley6149 I think its more like you can't get kills on people who move like this which is key and the reason you liked BF over COD is because ypu clearly prefer large battle slow pace than faced paced FPS games. Contractors showdown is played optimally when jumping and sliding making you a harder target to well target lol
