I personally think the bigfig from the Killer Croc Super Smash set is practically perfect as a replacement for the Lizard in this context. It doesn’t get much better than that!

For the lizard, you can use Hachiroku24's design, he used a velociraptor head, but to be more accurate to the movie maybe you can somehow use Bossk's head from Lego Star Wars? Btw, your vids are great! Keep up the great work on the SoL Project!

About Connors... I really don't like the look of "flat-face" Lizard, so I customized a Killer Croc big fig (specifically the Lego Batman movie one) with a cloth coat and it really works You're doing an amazing job, can't wait to see it finished, keep up the good work

I think that the doom and gloom attitude afols are having with No Way Home sets is that we are still waiting on a lot of No Way Home spoiler-y merch from Marvel's usual partners (Hasbro in particular). The Lego design team even admitted they were told nothing about NWH until the movie's release. With the number of things 2022 already had penciled in for Marvel this year (Sanctum, Thor Wave, Black Panther Wave, Spider-Man Constraction, etc) I don't think it was realistic to delay any of it to have a rush-job NWH spoiler set/wave. Next year? I genuinely think Next year we are going to get Spider-Man stuff for No Way Home. They've had the movie for over a year at that point and can actually have the breathing room to release stuff for NWH without stepping on pre-existing waves that had been planned for this year.

A suggestion for the Lizard if you aren’t sure where to go; I think the Killer Croc big fig would be an amazing choice, the 2016 DC comics version, not the LEGO Batman Movie version
