I took delivery of the XLE recently with all wheel drive. It’s the same metallic white. I had replaced my white 2006 Avalon and love this Camry very much The only problem is the enormous amount of buttons and other controls that I still have not figured out. Handling is great, sounds very quiet but has plenty of power when needed. I’m quite happy with my new Camry.

The more taught suspension of the XSE and the lower profile 19” tires will categorically give a rougher ride than the XLE With a bit softer suspension and 18 inch wheels… Especially the LE with the 16 inch wheels will have the smoothest ride
@MattTheCarguy4 ай бұрын
I have driven all 4 of them now and while there are differences they are not huge. The LE drives really nice and smooth because it has the largest sidewall, most cushion. They dont look very attractive but there is a price for comfort 😀

Just picked up our Underground-colored XLE today. After 55 miles, 10 at night, here are my thoughts... - Very, very quiet and smooth-riding car. - Handling on sharp corners at speed is rock solid. Closely matches my lowered Mustang for body roll! - While 0 to 60 sounds slow at about 7.5s, the initial acceleration kick from the powertrain is amazing and will wow. - I don't like the Dynamica trim. An XLE should have leather! 😡 - I got 46.5mpg on the 40-mile trip home. I have driven a hybrid for 3 years and understand how to maximize mpg. The Camry is a very refined system but does work differently from the Ford Escape Hybrid. - The display brightness levels are incremental and not fine enough. Low is too bright at night and the lowest is too dim, and shuts off the ambient lighting. - The headlights are pretty good but the high beam seems a little weak, and not evenly spread when added to the low beam, which is really good. -The gauge cluster display configurations are way too complicated. The Op's Manual is over 500 pages AND there's another thick book for the multimedia! 😩 - The fuel door is horribly tinny sounding when hitting it. - The hood weighs a ton, has no struts to assist, and it should have been aluminum! The hood also pops when polishing in the center, making it seem flimsy despite its ridiculously high weight. - The trunk light's illumination is a mild, yellowish incandescent. It should be a bright LED like all the other bulbs. - What happened to the covers on the trunk lid arms from previous Camrys? The exposed wiring harness on the left side looks like another cheap cost reduction. That all said, the XLE is a freaking awesome car! ❤️❤️

Allen- I love my XLE, it has leather seats. The Dynamica trim is in only few narrow places. Not sure why the critique about the low beam, it is super bright in mine. The trunk LED light is great. You seem a guy hard to please about any car, this is not a 80k Lexus. It does offer though the best bang for your buck. I am very pleased with my XLE, very smooth, luxurious and amazing mpg.

@@John1908-vo1iv I'm an engineer. So, I can always evaluate and see potential issues/improvements. We are now at 2600 miles and one oil change, second next week. Average calculated mpg is 47.6mpg over 6 tank fills in Normal mode. ECO doesn't seem to make a significant difference for our driving style. IIHS recently rated the 2025 headlights as Acceptable. I believe in the past models they were rated Good. I swapped out the trunk bulb with an LED. Much better. The XLE AWD is a very nice car but none are perfect.

We are now at 4600 miles. Car is running great. Most comfortable car I've driven. The brake feel is perfection. I fitted an LED trunk light bulb and just completed a full polish and ceramic coating. The paint is very easily marred and that color shows EVERY blemish. Next car will be a light color and metallic! I have the trip meter and charge/eco/power display on the left and the power distribution on the right. After 12 fills and 4600 miles, the average mpg is 47.6. ❤️

Excellent review. I realize for $5K, I wouldn't get the Premium Plus option in the XLE, which includes the panaramic roof, ventilated seats, and 360 degree surround camera. Kind of wish they would have had full leather like XSE as people say the XLE's fake suede can get dirty. But here is where this has it all over the Accord Hybrid. I recently got a 2024 CRV Hybrid, and wife has medical issues so she can't get in easily, so looking for a sedan. Very disappointed with Accord compared to the new Camry. For both the CRV Hybrid and Accord hybrid: No spare tire (a must for seniors like me who get a sidewall blowout and have to wait for a tow in our desert heat). Honda did away with the engine temp gauge. Already have had to experiment with turning heater on and off until it got warm. Honda also did away with Tire Pressure Monitoring System showing each tire's pressure. Now, i have to check each tire manually. Glad the Camry still has those. To get a hybrid Accord, the starting price is close to $5K more than the Camry LE. As you mention, the LE can be a great option...cheapest cost, lightest weight, smoothest ride because of smaller tires, good 0-60 times, and best EPA. But my wife likes leather so the XLE may be our best option, though would try out the XSE with the larger wheels. Finally, though I'd never have AWD here in the desert (it is often a special order here), Toyota's e-AWD seems a good option for those that need it as it is lightweight with little fuel penalty. Thanks again for a very good video.

Judging from what I've seen here, the F150 will have a much better resale value when you want to sell it. Camry doesn't depreciate like some cars, but your truck should hold its value longer. I think that was a very good price, as a loaded Camry or Accord could cost well over $40K.
