Does the receiver plate come with the qls? Doesn’t really say on Safariland. I’m assuming it would but curious

What’s the difference between the 22 and the 22L?

The 22L has an extra locking feature - a little "speed bump" piece of material that you have to lift the fork over before you can unlock it. Essentially instead of just pushing the fork together and pushing it straight out you would push the fork together, angle it a bit, and then push the fork out. Does that help at all?

Can you make a stress test? Becouse as a cop you wanna know how strong it can be if sombody pulls on it. If you have realy trouble with somone there is a lot of force on your gear. Greedings from Germany

Sounds like a good video idea. The QLS is rated at a Safariland Level 1 retention rating so we know it can withstand a lot of force. We can have some fun figuring out just how much.

@@RR-mu4nd the problem is that guy is pulling straight down. If you grab the pistol grip and pull outwards, it pops right off. Extremely dangerous attachment. It should be banned from departments.

These are garbage. You can literally peel it right off the belt with minimal force. If you get into a struggle and have to grapple, this is one of the most insecure attachments.

We've tried taking it off the belt like that and have found it to be very secure. Agencies go through rigourous testing on equipment and wouldn't allow it otherwise.

@copquest not sure what angle you pulled, but if you pull outwards on the grip of the pistol it pops right off with very little effort. If you grab the bottom with two hands and squeeze/lift, it also pops right off. I work in the training Bureau for a large department. I've made them aware and they let people use it anyways. You're giving departments way too much credit in the safety realm. In short, this quick attachment is a suicide holster. It's like taking a level 3 holster and attaching it with a level zero attachment. If you value your life. DO NOT USE IT.
