I was just looking at the 7371 7TS for a Glock 48 and am wondering if a UBL could be attached and also if it would be compatible with the 48 MOS

Hello, I'm not seeing any fits for the Glock 48 on the 7371. I do see a fit for the 48, but not the 48 MOS, on the 7378. Also, yes you can attach a UBL to these holsters if you desire. Here is the link to the 7378 if you want to check it out: www.copquest.com/safariland-7ts-7378-als-concealment-paddle-holster_23-1220.htm

Yes the 571BL paddle will work with your holster. If you're interested in purchasing one, please visit our website (copquest.com) and type part # 23-2446 into the search bar or click the following link: www.copquest.com/safariland-571bl-injection-molded-small-paddle_23-2446.htm

Between the gen 2 paddle and the 567bl what do you think holds tighter to body for concealment in suit or over shirt? Thank you!
@copquest
@copquest Жыл бұрын
Great question! Everything is personal preference and hard to say exactly, but between the two the paddle will probably hold it closer to the body.

Question: I do executive protection and I carry concealed . I want to wear a holster that sits a little lower on the waist which is my natural draw. Which adapter to I get to help lower the holster a little lower on the waist?
@copquest

Great question! In the drop down menu you'll see a DM option. That will get you a 1" drop off the waist: www.copquest.com/safariland-567bl-belt-loop-adjustable-angle-fit_23-2485.htm

Question for yah Sir. Does Safariland offer a deeper lower belt hook for the paddle? I have found that using my Brigadier belt that is 1.75” is almost impossible to hook under the belt. I’ve had to shave a small amount of material from the top of the hook just to secure the hook under the belt. The belt loop option is not for me. The paddle is more comfortable on my arthritic aching hips. Thanks! I’m a fabricator and am considering redesigning the lower hook myself to accommodate for my needs. ✌🏼

Hello, great question! It does not appear that there are any Safariland paddles with deeper hooks. They are listed as fitting 1.75" belts. Sorry to hear that you have to modify the hook, but cool to hear that you are a fabricator.

I also cannot get the paddle to fit any of my 3 1.75” belts despite Safariland saying it does.

@@chad6444 Chad may I ask what type belts have you tried? I question this because I am challenging Safariland to explain their advertisement and literature. I am using the Kore Essential brigadier belt and it just barely measured under 1.75”. I was unable , as received, to get the holster hook over the belt. Rather than damaging my belt I then loosened all the fasteners but regardless of the cant angle the belt still would not fit. I have recently posted a short and although I held my fingers in the incorrect location to describe the issue, I’ve forwarded the short to Safariland and their design team in hopes that they redesign the paddle in the future. It just seems a shame that such a fantastic holster design suffers from the deficiencies of the paddle. The paddle needs the retention hook / ledge….not the holster. I’ve proven this with my son and I’m able to lift the holster and yank upwards and disarmed him quickly! He has to tighten the belt to be uncomfortable and unacceptable levels to stop the disarm attempt and says he would never wear a belt that tight. Ultimately I will alter the paddle and have a design plan for a 3D printer feiend of mine. ✌🏼

Is there a spacer on the 565BL? I just bought it and it came with a spacer but the instructions are only for paddle or 567
@copquest
@copquest Жыл бұрын
Yes the 565BL comes with a T-spacer. The spacer plus longer screws that are included in the packaging allow for the holster to sit further away from the body. Conversely, if someone wants their holster "high-and-tight" to their body, the spacer would not be used.

The spacer on the 567BL is on the wrong side. It should be on the outside of the belt slide attachment

Vin, thank you for the comment. The 567BL as shown in our video is how all holsters mounted with a 567BL come from the Safariland factory.

@@copquest the instructions that came with my 7378 tell you to put the spacer "on the outside of the belt slide." I will change it to the way you have it if that's how it comes from factory. Thanks

@@vinprecipuo8043in the video is the correct way. The instructions say “make sure to use the support piece on the outside of the slide on the top two T-nuts. Slotted end of support piece to be on the same side of the adjustable 3 hole side of the belt side”. That is the belt side and the outside.
