Yep, I told Saris CS about the awful threaded wheel height adjuster 2 yrs ago...still waiting on an improvement.

Does the screw you install on the hitch sleeve keep the rack stable while driving? Does it basically do the same job of stabilizing the rack that the ball-bearing does on other racks like the 1up racks?
