This game prices are insane, even compared to other gachas (which are already far more expensive than normal games). Skin for 100+$? Bruh. Also, getting spooked by 2 epic characters that I don't want before hitting max pity on the Gloria didn't make me more interested in paying for stuff.

I just want to say I really respect this video. A lot of CC's avoid making videos about shop packs and avoid discussion because there are really silly people that act dramatic over people paying for bundles. I think I'll reroll for Gloria, and buy a few of the cheaper packs just to support the devs and hopefully they make a non-gacha in the future with the revenue from this. Fingers crossed lol.

Beyond the three featured deals, the monthly pack, and maaaybe cornucopia? Yes. Absolutely whale tier. While the rates are actually not bad for a gacha, what you get for spending real cash is pretty terrible across the board in the shop. It's enough to push most dolphins away, which is unfortunate because as disproportionate as whales are in terms of income vs population, dolphins and even minnows are still a pretty considerable part of revenue. Game itself is fine, even the gacha itself is... fine. For gacha. Not top tier but still a solid B. But the shop itself is whale territory only. Hell even the cornucopia is probably going to be not worth after a few months where the rewards aren't as relevant, since it doesn't give you enough of things you need more later.

To give the Legendary character selector more credits. You can get roughly 30 Pulls for the prize of the Selector. If you want to be a small spender, getting a choosen Character for the prize of 30 Pulls is worth all the time imo. Even with the generous Pull rates in the Game you still could need hundreds of Pulls to get the one character you like. I personally rerolled to get Gloria and Beryl and used the selector to get Inanna. I pesonally be willing to spend around 30-50€ most per month on a Gacha Game I like. And while this Game is only out for a day, I totally love it.

i did play chinese version before, u can do it without paying nothing, but its definitely not f2p friendly. u will have hard time getting end game team (basicly play whatever the RNG give u, and they have hard time getting up tiers since u need multiple same character cards to upgrade the character) if i remember correctly, this game was on top of income list at launch(chinese market) so ppl pay a lot alot alottttt btw its very easy to tell if a game is f2p friendly. if a game sell "character skin" as main income = f2p friendly or if a game sell 1time copy and maybe some DLC = f2p friendly if a game sell anything in gachapon, especially characters = not f2p friendly. its more of a casino game(ppl are addicted to gambling)

​@@Gelsiiidk what hes on about, u definitely dont need dupes. character shards are farmable like in priconne, itll take a while (like a year) but f2p will catch up to whales eventually. and weapon banners might as well not exist, ssr weapons are also farmable

Every CC I’ve heard says you absolutely do not need to engage with the gacha system. It does make the game easier and enables you to compete at higher levels of PVP, but it sounds like you can be totally free-to-play and enjoy everything the game has to offer.

I feel the same way. It looks so good, but then you have to deal with all the toxic gacha elements like dailies creating fomo, limited events, and everything else that doesn't respect your time or money. I was at least hoping for the pricing to be reasonable, but of course it's not. $30 for a part of a game that will be power crept and irrelevant is a ripoff. I honestly wouldn't mind gacha games if they were more reasonably priced and gave you the full game over time. Like $10 to auto collect dailies and give a nice starter pack that increases 5* rates or something. I know they gotta make money, but let's face it they're making out like bandits.

Tried the FE gacha a few years back and the gacha literally ruined the game for me. Hopefully I can just play story without running into p2w.
