Have never driven a manual before, I’m 31 and just never really gave a fuck. 2. Just wanted something that drove like an automatic that was fun, decently fast and had awd. Because I live in Maine. Before I got mine I had never driven a car with a cvt, always torque converter automatics. I got in it and drove it for the first time and loved it. The shifts are quick and it feels great to me. I wasn’t a fan of the cladding. I saw my first VB WRX in September 22, and after one test drive I bought a Premium, WRB, manual the following day. Still love the car and I’m impressed with how the CVT responds and simulates shifting. Subaru ought to make the SPT available on the XT Outback and the RS Impreza…. Message to Subaru. Let’s have all LED lighting, turn signals front and rear. Put rear seat air vents ( I have a dog ) and turn up the psi on the turbo from 12 to 20 at least.

@@TrungNguyen-lk1ziNo a Lexus is a very reliable predictable car with somewhat adequate performance for their market segment and a lot of nice luxury features. Here in Australia they are a favourite of retired people. A wrx was traditionally a performance car and was all handling power and brakes. Those of us that tend to buy them really are not interested in the infotainment system or powered seats , those things are just added weight and affect performance.

Certainly here in Australia nobody I know thinks of a lexus as a car that is a good performance choice , but they're fine as a comfy daily driver , which is fine if thats what you want out of a car. How Much More does it Take to Tell Subaru to STOP "Outbackifying" Its Performance Cars. Even though it uses a Modified CVT/SPT from the Ascent.. Its sort of Dissatisfying that you've Lessoned the Torque on Effectively the same Set up for a Larger Vehicle you Advertise you can TOW WITH. Its My understanding that the Japanese Variant features a High Power Number at Crank, with 277ft lbs. I fail to see how you can't maintain efficiency numbers for compliance while also offering a more respectable Number in Power. Is the WRX Only meant to be a Half Second Quicker than a Outback XT? Let us Remember: A Hyundai Elantra N has a Sub 5sec (4.8-5.2) 0-60, for Just 33,700msrp Current. Subaru.. Don't be Afraid. We WILL put down the Money. You Only Have to "Do it."
