Is the Texas Residential Appliance Installer exam challenging? 🤔💡 James Adams, with his extensive background in the electrical industry, decided to retake the test after more than a decade to personally gauge its difficulty level. 🏅📚
The seasoned instructor took the exam again to test out just how demanding it is and to verify the claims of his employees about the test's toughness. His successful pass after years away from the testing environment underscores his expertise and commitment to understanding the challenges his students face. 🎓🔌
James Adams' career in the electrical field began in 1994, and he has held electrical and general contracting licenses in California until 2008, and a Master Electrician license in Texas since 2010. His efforts have consistently produced skilled licensed electricians and successful business owners, with many of his students passing their Masters’ and Residential Wireman’s exams. His recent experience with the Texas Residential Appliance Installer exam serves to further validate the quality and relevance of his teaching methods. 👷‍♂️📈

As a former aircraft electrician I did not have to learn codes like industry electricians but the math is the same. I found it really easy after I memorized the ohms law wheel. When I sat down to test the first thing I did was right out the wheel on my scrap paper. After that every math problem was a breeze.

Great video! Thank you. Been servicing and repairing pools in another state for years, now that I am in TX I need to get my license and have no idea what to study. This helped!! Question, can we use any tab system in the code book or do they have to be like what is in yours? I bought the book on Amazon, it did not come with tabs.
