TBH some of the brand names all you get is a brand name for the extra $. My wife uses rotary tools for her side job and after burning out multiple $130 Dremel tools we switched to $20 ones by Chicago electric at Harbor Freight. They last as long or longer and you can get 6 of them for the price of one Dremel.

Thanks for the video. I'd considered the Vevor, but BECAUSE of the 2-screw height adjustment from it, and the 4-screw adjustment from the Dewalt, I chose it. Others have had way better longevity than you apparently got. I'm a hobbyist, so it won't get used nearly as much as a real wood shop, so I expect mine to outlive me. So maybe my view is skewed, as I just bought the 735 over the Vevor. Just for information, I replaced the 1hp motor on my old Craftsman table saw with a 1.5hp Vevor, and it is working famously so far.

I got a Triton wood planer, but it always seems to cut an additional 6 cm long 1 mm stretch at both ends. I think because gravity tends to pull the wood down at those ends as its no longer being guided. Anyone else having this experience with their wood planers?

The rollers are too tight that feed the wood into the planer. It causes the wood to dip on one end creating that off mark cut!

Dewalt 735 does not include the infeed/outfeed tables. Dewalt charges extra for the tables. The Dewalt bean counter are trying to ruin what use to be a good company. I know the Dewalt customer service is not good but I have heard it is also and issue with Vevor. When I call customer service I want to speak with an American that will resolve my problem.

I have no qualms with saving a dollar when and where I can not everyone can afford the price of name brand and when you find a decent bargain with quality it always leaves you with a good feeling being a name brand snob is the province of the wealthy nothing wrong with being the salt of the earth

Well hold your horses just one second. I buy DeWalt, but it's not for the name. DeWalt almost exclusively manufactures all their equipment in either Mexico or the U.S.A. I figure if I'm gonna purchase a workhorse, it ought to be from an American working to support themselves and their kin if I can. The exception I've found to this rule is planers, though, which is primarily why I ain't bought one yet. I ain't found one that isn't made in China.
