If you're cheap, and just want better color and connectivity on modern displays, theres nothing else better. Some TVs need to have their settings changed, and the output resolution in wii settings

@nickalvizo it's worth switching that with your regular wii as you have a gamecube. You will still be able to play wii games on it and it will be very good quality too. Probably even better than using the wii2hdmi

I bought one and the video output was quite wavy and bad looking, so buyer beware
