He for sure played viewer matches too but since he was also on demotion i wouldn't be surprised if he messed up a lot more on his execution because of those two reasons. @mikeperry9348Ай бұрын
Exactly! That's what I was thinking, trying to punch parry Bryan in that situation feels like a death sentence to me considering that so many Bryan's try to make you swing into them at the wall for a CH launch or whiff punish. Fightinggm even says that people tend to swing when they have their back against the wall, why punch parry instead of holding the line?

@The_Buff_Guy3 ай бұрын
Kaz’s punch parry is trash. It’s f1+2, not f2. F2 is his garbage power crush. The only thing kazuya has against a wall is the player’s skill with proper movement. No decent kaz is going to go for a punch parry when they’re against the wall. Also, at 10:56 TMM does ws4 into db4. Ws4 is +8 on hit. No one smart is going to press after eating ws4, so the kaz player should theoretically be able to db4 without fear of interrupt. You’re telling him to do df4 into df4 because it’s uninterruptible? Df4 is only +2 on Hit. So if he went for another df4, people are likely to power crush or jab check. I think, and this is only my opinion, you’re not well versed enough on the kazuya matchup to critique kazuya gameplay if this is the commentary you’re providing.
@saschasunza96183 ай бұрын
You sound like someone hurt your feeling buddy. Don’t take it too personal. So just because he did mistake these two moves he can’t give his opinion on how main man plays? And it’s not about the character it’s about tmm’s gameplay in general, How he moves, punishes, attack, defend etc. I think you need to watch that video again.
@The_Buff_Guy3 ай бұрын
@@saschasunza9618 I think it’s fine that he’s critiquing TMM’s gameplay. He was mostly correct. Although I was surprised he didn’t point out that TMM was sidestepping right into electric vs Bryan and drag because both characters are susceptible to SSR at close range. Bryan needs to df1 to catch you, as does dragunov or iwr2. FGM didn’t catch that, even though he did catch that TMM was flow charting. No one’s feelings are hurt. He’s allowed to give his opinion on TMM’s gameplay. Why can’t I give my opinion on his commentary? I wasn’t saying anything about his TMM critiques. I was saying He evidently doesn’t know very much about the character of kazuya. I feel like he ought to know at least the basics of high level kazuya at the level he plays at given the content he’s making. Fair?
@The_Buff_Guy3 ай бұрын
@@AbdulAziz-c1m7u you’re not wrong. But the “weak side” is also determined by how many of your moves don’t track to said side. Vs Bryan and Dragunov, SSR in their face will beat the majority of those character’s moves. To be clear, I’m not saying TMM was correct for flow charting there. I’m saying I’m surprised FGM didn’t catch that during the critique.

I never heard of this guy before, but he looks to be a good player, very likely a good bit better than MM, but the critiques are just "do this... don't do this... he should have...". Those type of vids never actually do anything since its always with hindsight. The one time I noticed he tried to predict a hellsweep (instead of saying "I would have blocked" after the hellsweep came out) MM actually did ff3. Hey GM, what’s good man. This was a very good video as well as informative. I main Kaz and have learned a lot from the MMSwe, so I can see how others could be upset with a Lee main analyzing a very good Kazuya player. With that said , I have also viewed other great Kaz players and see that there are several more Tekken players and Kaz players better than the Main Man. I also moonlight with Lee and go to your content and I have also learned a great deal about Lee and Tekken from viewing your content. So by watching your analysis videos, I have come to the conclusion that your Tekken skills extend beyond Lee and that you are a very good tekken player. this advise is not good. he doesnt do uninteruptable stuff because he thinks that the opp will stand guard or respect
@fightinggm2 ай бұрын
Yea and he doesn't lose anything from that lol. Doing interruptable stuff he can just get mashed and not respected. Better to be safe and stop people from mashing rather then doing fake stuff

@@fightinggmsuch an elitist mentality. He has god of destruction. You are by definition a damn good player since it makes up less than 1% of the player base. Problem is when you’re pigeonholed in your own little world you end up being delusional.

Lol damn masku warriors are raging. Fun fact, TMM being a "damn good player" never made it to top 16 in a major tournament 🤣, delulu much eh.

I think the execution was just a case of not being warmed up. Hes usually quite consistent.
@C_H_U_3 ай бұрын
TMM usually does well. His Win/Loss ratio is definitely up there. He’s not a tournament player but definitely can hang online on a ft3.. FightingGm likes to throw the word flowchart around but most of his gameplay is “flowcharty” lol.

Well he's GoD on several characters. The answer is yes lmao. Duhhhh
