I'd snag that 1984 Chilton shop manual if I could. And that old manual tire changer - my dad had one of those in his shop at one time. The '62 or so Chevy hood with the scoop on it - made me kinda chuckle, that teardrop scoop was used on 427 Fords and Fairlane Thunderbolts in the '60s.

If you get a military trailer with no title and build a camper you can get it inspected by KHP and they'll issue you a VIN plate with the paperwork to get a title and tag at the DMV I've done it alot with farm trailers they call it a builders title just like taking 10-20 vehicles and building 1 out of the good parts or I chopped a blazer up for a mud toy and left the lights and stuff on to keep it street legal cut everything off at the top of the doors (because in KS if you have eye protection you don't need a windshield just working wipers IDK why) and built a cage and 5 point restraints for all seats and got a builders title for it

Greetings Silas, the military trailer you pointed out is a M101A2. Rated at 3/4 ton & weighs abt 700 lbs. In NJ, trailers under 2500 lbs require only a registration to get on the road. Around here, that trailer would go for $2000-3000. Good luck.

Those ATV's would be popular with the kids, and if they're old enough to reach the controls, they can actually learn how to drive them. They can then go on scrapyard adventures and have a ton of fun while being out of your hair for a while! Anything is possible, you just have to teach them safety rules and where not to go. Kids learning what space a vehicle will fit through at an early age could benefit them later on in life, because everyone grows up and wants to drive a car when they can get their license. I don't know if there's any restrictions on how old someone has to be to drive an ATV on a scrapyard lot, but there's always search engines if you really want to know.

The c-60, 68-72 just like that series pickup, they changed in 73 to squarebody, just like pickups, i thought around 70, but did not see whether it had the big back window, which occored in 68, along with side marker mandates, I am a dodge guy, as are you, but i also love old chevies,

They make those and they are for sale at the rattlesnake museum in albuquerque, encountered one under some steps while delivering a pizza to some folks, scared the skin off of me, they told me about the museum downtown having those, they sell coiled up rattler coffe cups, t shirts and more, As well as some mounted in cases, although the one silas saw may have been real

I use to love going to those farm auctions. You never know what you will find. This one it would mostly the toys I would be interested in and some of the steel wheels. Now I am retired and in the Philippines so those days are done. It is not a good idea to bid against the Amish or Mennonites as you will never get the item. If they want it they don't care how much they pay. One Mennonite gentleman use to go to the toy auctions and buy die cast cars which is what I was buying and selling and he didn't car how much he paid for them. Often wondered why a horse and buggy guy wanted die cast cars.
