so grateful for such clear teaching, being displayed to consider.........so unlike the western methods often used to find the supposed 'answer'; I also recall British Psychologist R. Laing once saying that (with consensus) all might agree that a flock of birds flying together are headed in the 'right' direction, yet, in view overall, not necessarily.... .one doesn't really know........

The example quoted by Rinpoche of the murderer being different at the moment he committed the murder than what he is 3 hours later, is identical to the incident of Anguliamla whom Buddha took him into his order, though knowing fully well he was a murderer, but was transformed 'here and now in this life time'.

Angulimala, " One Hundred Hands mala" because that is how many hands his evil guru told him he had to cut off in order to attain liberation/moksha, from Samsara!!. After meeting the Buddha, he ordained, became an Arhant, and was famous for relieving the pains of labor in women and alleviating difficult births, saving many mothers and babies.

Rimpoche, when my students pucker their foreheads when they read, it often means that they need glasses. We are getting older, eyes change. Do you need to get your eyes checked for glasses? Three bows, kata and flowers ! Thank you for fearlessly jumping into the worldly cesspool. ._/\_, _/\_, _/\_

Hi. Around 24:20, he speaks about the "Titrikas" (???). Does anybody know who these people are? Thanks.

You can search the term Tirthika and read Rigpa Wiki.

Yes what was the treasure text he quoted. Has anybody researched about its authenticity, antiquity and accuracy and published it??

brilliant teaching but to those who don't understand Chinese the flow is obstructed-so, an edited all english video would be thankful, too.

falsifiable 是可被证伪吧,应该不是可被验证的, 可被验证的是examined.

Rimpoche is mistaken here and i don't think he honestly understood what the theory of falsifiability actually means. The way he explains how the method is used, where anything doesn't survive the scrutiny under is a relative truth... isn't the theory of falsifiability. He then goes on to claim that it was the Buddhists(or perhaps the Buddha) who originally came up with the theory ??
