Lol. A). Half of published research is thought to be wrong or faked. B). Nobody can publish anything that the reviewers believe violates their narratives. Gunter Bechly PhD was ostracized from his professional societies when he became an ID proponent. C). James Tour PhD says that he has colleagues who agree with him but they won’t state it publicly. D). Michael Behe PhD can’t buy a friend at Lehigh once he came out as an a dreaded ID proponent. E). Alternative publications exist for these kinds of ideas, some are in video format, many are in book format. A format is a format. Buy their books and write your refutation. Isaac Newton wrote a book; Darwin did too. Peer review is overrated and a broken system.

@@cza7751 So the Christian belief is that the people that formed at the Babel Tower were descendants of Noah as per your bible. These descendants of Noah obviously had skills (tool manufacturing and boat building being the main ones) If these descendants of Noah gathered at Babel and were given different languages and then sent off to populate the world. Explain to me why these skilled people reverted back to the stone age. The existence of modern times stone age races the Australian Aborigines, Papua New & Torres Strait Pacific tribes along with the tribes of South America once again proves that the bible is nothing but a storybook invented by the primitive minds of Middle Eastern goat herders and believed by fools.

Sea levels rise and fall, So does the land you stand on. Although you don't see it move, unless its an earth quake or violent volcanic activity. So the sea shells you are finding are evidence that at one time the land they are in was a long time ago under sea water. When they died they were covered with sediments that covered them and then slowly they were fossilised due to pressure and time. Then the land they were in was lifted up above sea level, or the sea level dropped below the land. You are now seeing the exposure of this land and revealing the sea shells in them.

Folks, please watch creationists in actual debates with experts in the field. Those experts can and will demonstrate where the flaws in creationist arguments are. For example, look up the heat problem. There is simply no way the continents could have moved as much as they have in 6,000 years without generating enough heat to boil the world's oceans. Unless, of course, you invent another miracle. Just watch some debates. You won't be able to continue accepting the dishonesty here once you've seen countless people effortlessly deconstruct every single creationist claim in a way that laypeople like us can understand. Just try it.

I have a question you claim that the flood lasted 371 days, after every thing being covered for water that long all plant life would be dead what did the animals eat there would have been no grasses , same with the meat eating animals after them being released out of the ark what did they eat did they catch and eat the other animals that were on the ark?? also how would they have been able to store enough fresh food for a whole year for all those animals on a boat, especially the meat eater any fresh meat would have spoiled after a few weeks and then gone rancid after 3 4 months.
@markkell8376
@markkell8376 2 жыл бұрын
A few things worth mentioning are first, the flood had been receding since the 7th month. After 10 months the mountaintops were visible (which of course would vary in height, some not nearly as high as others). That leaves around 70 days or so for waters to recede further and grasses to begin to grow and plants to begin sprouting again. Then 40 days later, a month before they left the ark, he sent out a raven which could potentially live on any carrion. Shortly thereafter Noah sent out a dove to find evidence of greater plant life (at first coming back without evidence). A week later he did so again and it came back with a fresh olive leaf. It wasn't until a week after the dove returned with the olive leaf that they left the ark. Second, on the other topic of food, it is generally accepted that the ark didn't have nearly as many animals as a modern biologist would expect when we say "two of every kind" and "seven of every clean animal." Rather than species or even a genus of animals, Noah brought families of animals, a significantly smaller number. Also, prior to the flood, the world being a different place, biblically we have no scripture mentioning the eating of meat. Both Adam and the animals of the earth were promised the plants of the earth for food (Gen 1:29-30). Meat eating is not mentioned. After the flood, in an increasingly different world, Noah is specifically given permission to eat meat (Gen 9:3). So, with an entire earth and a limited number of animals the amount of food needed would be significantly reduced. With the seven of every clean animal, outlined later in Leviticus, it would even be possible for some animals to be eaten in those first months without destroying the species.

That question is easy to answer. As the waters rose, so too did our atmosphere and so at the peak of the flood which was above the peak of Mt Everest, there was plenty of oxygen. Better questions would be; How did Noah save all the insects? Where did he keep them, along with all the spiders? How did an olive tree grow when surely they all died and rotted with about 8 kilometres of fresh water over them for the best part of a year. Olive trees cannot grow in soggy soil with areas of standing water.

You talk about rocks showing signs of a flood great but where is all the water . Water that raised that high would pretty much have no where to recede too . Also mathematically if you use the highest ever recorded rainfall it would take multiple years of straight rain for it to cover planet not just one . Not too mention it took Magellan 1 year , multiple ships and hundreds of people sail the planet and he didn't have to stop everywhere and collect animals. ( Noah also only had about 20 people ) from start to finish the flood would have minimally have taken decades not years . Also kind of realize the world as known at the time didn't include the America's or Australia. Rocks showing signs of water erosion is interesting but far from proof of a global flood and really just shows water touched it at some point doesn't even mean it was the same event . Also let's realize it is God we are talking about, look what he supposedly did to Sodom and Gomorrah pretty much vaporized cities and just told who he didn't want involved to leave those cities . Would have been way easier for him to just repeat that instead of a flood that would decimate the fragile eco system.

Both journeys would have required several generations of animals. The flood is a myth.

I appreciate all the work that you scientist down there are doing and demonstrating that the Bible is true. I remember hearing a tape way back in the '60s sometime, Henry Morris and him talking about all of these things. As you can see, I've been following the evolution - creation debate for a long time. @@daniellineberry8879There’s actually an incredible preponderance of evidence that people like you and who run this channel will hear about and be corrected for over and over again, but yet will continue to spout the same lies and nonsense. I do love it though when religious fundamentalists project onto those who don’t hold their same views, like saying evolution is our religion or that we believe we came from mud or rocks (which isn’t even evolution anyway). Same can be said for your erroneous belief that there is no evidence for evolution, because in actuality it’s the flood myth that has no, and I mean NO, evidence in support of it whatsoever. Also, as usual, religious fundamentalists can’t answer a simple question, and so they must change the conversation to something else because that’s all they’ve been taught how to do from quacks like the people who run this channel

The increased rate of time in outer space eliminates the need for dark matter. The increased measure of distance (expansion) in outer space eliminates the need for dark energy. These relativistic effects from having less mass and less gravity in the vicinity in outer space also mean that the earth and universe are younger where we are inside of our galaxy and the universe is older in outer space where there is no matter and much less gravity. 😀
@livingpicture
@livingpicture 2 жыл бұрын
So you're speaking about the time dilation/expansion effect (I might be screwing up the name of it) presented by Dr. Faulkner, right? Question: what do you do with the Red Shift? I don't recall Faulkner dealing with this in what I've seen in his presentations on expansion affecting time.

@JungleJargon

@@matbroomfield There is no need to modify gravity. Less gravity accelerates time and inflates distance both of which accelerate causation making everything happen faster including lightspeed while maintaining the speed of light 186,000 miles per second. The concept is so simple at least for mechanically minded people. If you change the size of a cubit, you will change the size of the house that you build with it. If instead of driving 60 kilometers an hour you drive 60 miles an hour, you will obviously increase your speed because you increased the distance that you traveled in an hour. Then if you change from 60 miles an hour to 60 miles in half an hour, you will obviously increased your speed again because you traveled 60 miles in less time. General relativity is no longer just a theory, it is an observation. Distance expands with less gravity and time speeds up with less gravity effectively making everything faster including light without breaking the speed of light. A deeper understanding of gravity gives you a deeper understanding of the universe. Our observation of the earth is flat locally the same as our observation of the speed of light is the same locally but not on a larger scale. The earth is round on larger scales and the speed of light depends on the measures of time and distance which change depending on the amount of gravity in the surrounding area. This means that distant starlight arrives instantaneously from distant galaxies which aren’t as far away as they appear to us to be with our measures of time and distance and the time is also passing by at a much faster rate since there’s no matter between us and distant galaxies to slow down time or shorten distance according to general relativity which is now an observation and not just a theory. …and the converse of things approaching a black hole look stopped to us because of how slow they are moving. The changes in time and distance compound the changes in the speed of light as observed from our frame of reference. *Do a thought experiment.* Hold your hands a foot apart representing 186,000 miles saying “one thousand and one” representing one second while pretending to see an imaginary photon going from one hand to the other. Now expand the distance saying “one thousand and one” as fast as you can. You should notice that the speed of the imaginary photon increases the more distance expands and the more time speeds up just same as the farther away from the center of the galaxy it is. The opposite is also true. Someone moving in the direction of a black hole will seem to us to be stopped. *If you change the size of a cubit you will change the size of the house that you build with it.*
