Is there a way to listen to the videos In English I think that you have great insight and knowledge but I am having trouble with the translation. I am 39 and need bilateral hip replacement due to avascular necrosis and honestly I am terrified however I found that you offer the most recent and reliable advice especially for younger patients and I would love to be able to understand all of your videos so that im educated in the process wich allows me too feel comfortable proceeding with the surgery. I understand that this request is asking a lot of you and I understand if it is not possible however maybe there is another way to get around the language barrier I know that this is a lot to ask of you but I appreciate you taking the time to here me out. Hopefully we can come to a compromise because I can definitely use your expertise. My quality of life is horrible but I keep prolonging the surgery because not one of the doctors have taken the time to explain my diagnosis or the pre and post op surgery so because of this I have been suffering rather than having the surgery. Thank you so much for your time and I will be forever indebted to you if you are able to to help. But please please please if there is any way for you to provide me with the information I would greatly appreciate it and there is no way to repay the favor because nothing is as valuable as the gift of knowledge that you will hopefully give me thanks again and I appreciate you taking the time to read my comment

After two months of hip replacement, If I walk 15K steps each days, not any other bad habit like alcholol, smoking, Can I expect new type of crosslink metrial can last more then 40 year. I am from sydney, My doctor suggest it will last 40 years, because I am not playing any heavy sport, 43 year age, I am expecting hip replacement next month

Scientific literature says hip replacement with ceramic on highly cross linked poly does well upto 25years in 58% of the patients .. although these hips are performing well and we expect them to last longer but presently scientific data doesn’t state that it will last 40 years

Thank you sir for quick reply, because I was worried for revioson surgery after few years, revision surgery is more painfull and less successfull compare to first one .I was searching in google could not able to find data for more then 25 years, I met two doctors in sydeny one suggested approx 25 years other suggested 40 years, You tube video says new type of material will last 75 years, which came in 2021-2023.
