Yeah went from Master to Expert and was relly frustrated. I played more focues then to get back to Master. Earned much points, then got the "stolen" points back and I one game later I got Grandmaster. Somtimes annoying things can motivate you to fight even harder and be better in the end.

I actually really enjoy when noobs come through and shake up the tree lol. It's nice to see a disruption in the 'norm' or what's deemed the 'meta' in games. Side note, i have been enjoying your videos and enjoying playing risk. Im not the biggest fan of alliances or the progressive mode, seems too snowball-y. I also wish the dice were always true random, blitz dice are just bleh. Considering streaming risk gameplay from a noob perspective and just trying to climb casually (as odd as that may sound?). Thoughts?

Pete why didn't you take Orient first instead of going for Russia, it seemed far easier to take Orient round three than Russia because you had to have good neighbours so you were at the mercy of your neighbors. You are a far better player than myself, however this seemed like an inaccuracy even before green went bad neighbour to you. I am just curious if you agree or do you feel going for Russia was the correct strategy?

So i just played and won 2 games, getting all the bounties both games and i went up over 200 ranks on the leaderboard. From about 530 to 311. I have no idea why I went up so much. Everyone was a beginner or lower in both games except 1 expert. Does anyone know what happened here or if that is normal?
