The opinions are very divided on this technique, but I found it immensely satisfying. Sewing sourdough is a brand new decorative sourdough technique that can be used alone or in combination with others. I did some sourdough scoring alongside my sewed sourdough!

This is a beautiful loaf! I don't have the patience for! I've made MANY sourdough loves, however, I still have yet to get a large holy crumb... I always get a nice rise, and even crumb, but I'm looking for a large hole loaf! Anyone have a suggestion?

Gimmick and a waste of string. Gave up making sourdough - now eating a zero to low carb diet and am feeling fantastic. 50 pounds down and lots of health benefits. People think homemade is better but you are still eating from the wrong food groups whether you make bread or cakes etc at home over shop bought.
