Yes, and there are some movement techniques like tap-strafe which can only be done on MnK such as tap strafing.

It depends on what kind of movement you're trying to do. There are some techniques that are extremely difficult and some that are easier. Overall though, I don't think there is a single technique that I learned that I didn't have to spend at least a few hours in the firing range practicing.
