@@3rdET Of course it's better performance wise, it has more power and torque. The equivalent will be the CT5 V Blackwing. Looks, with the exception of the rear corner window, the CT5 has a more tasteful look. With in my opinion better luxury technology and better interior. With the way they are pricing the CT5 in comparison to the CTS. The Blackwing should come at a cheaper price.

Yesterday, I heard they are now killing the CT6, which is considered a large car. Some manufacturers are only focusing on mid and compact cars. Of course, GM is one of those companies doing so.

Awesome car...had a 12 V years ago. Was looking at these special edition models but pulled the trigger on a black 19 CTS-V, carbon fiber, PDR etc. I’m loving this car!! Almost bought an M5. Yeah it’s quicker with the AWD but the V reminds me of pure old school American muscle. In black it has that Batmobile look to it. Great vid!!

One of the best looking Cadillacs ever. Love the waterfall-style headlights too. That brushed aluminum wheels are beautiful. Fits well with the car looks. Besides the side vents not being a carbon fiber part, I really impressed that there's no fake vents too. Yep they should leave the engine around 650hp though. At least the 0-60 is promising.

The CTS-V has always been one of my favorite sport sedans. Just a bit out of my reach! So, I settled for the Taurus SHO and most recently the Genesis G70 Sport 3.3t. And trust me when I say a stock G70 is much quicker than the SHO. Of course, the first thing I had to do was intakes and program. Now it's a low-mid 12 sec car. And that's plenty fast enough!

I think if you hadn't actually seen this car they could sell it to you on the engine sound alone, just awesome. But after actually seeing it, would be hard not to be thinking about the considering the similarly priced BMW M5 instead. Other than the engine not sure this Cadillac entirely justifies the price.

My understanding is that the 10 hp difference isn't that they detuned the motor....its is mostly because of the different exhaust/intake....fyi. Ive owned 2 different ATS-V's, and 1st Gen CTS-V. Now I'm looking for a Gen 3 CTS-V for more twinkie room. Great review!

Yeah the optional Recaro seats don't come with cooling. They should've at least gave them ventilation. But the standard regular seats come with cooling.
