People have recommended the boat for dropping the bait out in the surf, but I felt that it was too temperamental and flips over easily in the Texas surf. I always felt the dron was a cleaner option and you have verified that it is. That was the perfect video I was looking for to decide which option was better for me. I can’t cast the big surf rods because I have severe arthritis. My targeted fish of choice is pompano. Thanks for the video!

Wait, you got to take a class to catch a shark in the state of Florida? Interesting; I never knew this. I have sharked fish in both the Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific coast. I never had to take a course! Because of the fact I don't fish saltwater that often anymore, I would probably choose the boat. Very informative video!

circle hooks are best for the drone fishing, sure catch of fish because of the hook design. cant miss a fish.. search for more drone fishing videos mainly in New Zealand

Drones are being prohibited in a lot of beaches, especially in the Panhandle. Plus, the rc boat is cheaper and requires a lot less work

It takes about 3-5 days, and it will absolutely refrigerate and stay fresh! It also stays fresh for days without the fridge. We are about to release our new fishing rod on Tuesday! It will work perfect in obx:)

I’ve had both those exact products. I had the swell pro SD4 and still have the RC fisher. These are not cheap additions for the serious fisherman. Company support is important after you click enter for SEND. Swellpro does not know your name the second they get your money. The drone is littered with firmware issues loosely advertised over various non swellpro u tube videos. The swell pro water proof drone IS NOT WATERPROOF. The drone also has a tendency to fly away as in Bye Bye. I wouldn’t touch a drone for fishing as government regulations are limiting drone use all over. I wouldn’t take a free swellpro. The RC fisher is a decent boat. Not as fast a drone but gets the job done. You won’t find yourself scouring the web for bizarre patchwork and firmware updates. And you might have guessed it- the boat CAN GET WET. I did have a couple of issues with the boat and spoke to a guy in Florida and he had me up and going over the phone. For me it’s boat. Best to you all.

Having said all this, I have to say that you have gone so far off the rails I have lost interest in your videos. What happened to helping people learn about fishing?
