Anytime you feel like your blood pressure goes up lay on your left side it slows the heart rate down which then brings down your bp and breath out of a bag to slow your breathing down, put bag over nose and mouth .

Kayla, I suffer with anxiety and any time I have anything medically-related start happening, I get the same: hands start shaking, I get clammy or hot flashes, I struggle with my breathing, etc. I know what helps me is doing breathing exercises to try and get me out of that anxious cycle. What I found best suffering with strong nausea from a condition of mine was walking laps around the house and doing the 5-4-3-2-1 exercise - I highly recommend you look it up and try it out if your legs feel stable enough. And remember to try the exercise a few times when you aren’t having high-anxiety so you can get it in your memory. My throat will feel like it’s closing, so if you’re already having an allergic reaction it’s really going to start getting in your head. We all care about you, all of you, and want what’s best for you. I hope this helps even in the slightest - take it easy, Kayla ❤️

Oh wow glad she is ok and that you didn’t let her go back to work. I am anemic and they give me Benadryl every time I get a blood transfusion and I only get 1 tablet and I am out for the rest of the day. I can’t imagine what 2 would be like so I am so glad you told her no to driving that would be so dangerous.

I went through that too Kayla but mine was from one of my blood pressure meds, wiche i do not take now. I got a shot and the gave me a prednisone pill. I was fine after that. I hope you feel better soon

Allerigic reactions are scary, one time in 2018 i got an allerrigc reaction after eating a new food i tried. it was scary, My dad was out of town for 6 months. luckly my brother is an adult so he and my mom took me to the emergency room.
