Fantastic, I love your coverage of these non league clubs up in the north east. Great stuff You have gave me the inspiration to do something like this here in Kent. There is only one league club here in Kent (Gillingham) but there is loads of non league sides. The nearest to me is Lydd Town which is a club that I can guess that not many people have heard off. Thanks for producing great content All the best from way down south 👍

Thanks Mark, it's nice to know I'm doing something right 😁. When I first started looking at non-league clubs in the pre-internet age, with only the.Non League Directory and a road map, I used to look out for North Kent grounds with my parents on holiday 😄 Whitstable, Margate, Faversham, Deal, Ramsgate, Gravesend & Northfleet. Childhood memories. Good.luck if you start a YT channel.. You won't get many views for a while, but keep going 😉

Reacted earlier about clubs your viewing and myself visiting my old clubs for my 70 yr so started watching the next blog and the next nearly all the clubs I have played against in my younger days or refereed as I was a Northern League and Wear side League referee also when I stopped playing

@@footballexplorer99 loads I can remember tackles players fans tow law called me the laughing cavalier when I ref there as in them days I had hair and beard loved going there easington I captained whickham there we only had nine men thornaby was my northern League debut as a referee i had a shocker willington played there reffed there played ad reffed at Crook Town reffed and played at Esh Winning i could go on so many happy memories seeing the club houses the car parks you have set me off. Thank you just seen the site by chance happy days

@@footballexplorer99 lots but the clubs may of moved leagues or folded but off the top of my head Morpeth town bedlington terriers ashington whickham as a player my first senior club got £1 per game and 2 pairs of Adidas football boots per season from the great Frank Brennan sports shop in Newcastle winner of 3 fa cups with Newcastle united.west Auckland Marske where I reffed my last northern League game many years ago dunston uts Consett is a nice new set up with steel work history my fav Blyth Spartans massive non club great clubhouse and following and a nice memory for me playing for Annfield Plain against the FA cup run team that beat professional clubs like stoke city in preseason friendly the people are loyal. There's lots of great memories from them clubs and I seemed to do well there hope that helps love the crack football is great you have made me smile and think back now and show my 2 grandsons my programmes from my past as they are 2 lads playing in the north west counties for market Drayton FC.
