Enjoyed watching your video ! It seems like a long time since you did that less well known Ryanair route...and once again your report left me wanting to try out the same route 😀 KLM seem to have managed to be consistent in terms of on board service despite recent crises. Even on longer intra European routes, the food in economy has never been plentiful (e.g. Amsterdam - Istanbul), but at least they haven't cut back further on this. Look forward to another flight report !

Thank you very much Michael! Indeed, I am just back from my last trip with KLM and they have retained the same sandwich and drink service in spite of the removal of Covid restrictions onboard. It's well worth giving it a try, not only does it support a small airport like Cork but it incentivises KLM to grow the route further bringing the likes of larger aircraft such as the 737 in and allow Irish air travel become less reliant on Dublin. Hopefully I will have another one towards the end of September and thank you again!

Clear and concise report and great photography ,a joy to watch.1 question was the flight busy ?
@skiesofireland34292 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much Robert! Yes, it seemed I was the only person without a seatmate. I’m flying KLM once again next week and it’s fully booked both ways, it seems to have been a great success story for both KLM and Cork Airport.

Thanks for providing little 'thumbnails' about features on the ground, for us geography nerds. (I haven't flown that often in my life, tbh, but even - or especially(!) - on short flights, I always make a point of getting a window seat, wherever possible...) For anyone interested, the population of Cork is about 200,000, give or take. I believe that was the suburb of Ballincollig that was visible out the window. The population of Amsterdam - conservative guess, 1½, 2 million? Of course, as was even evident in your video, the towns and cities in The Netherlands have a tendency to run into one another! Has to be said, it looks like the airline was a little 'sparing' with the filling in that sandwich! Still, though I'm no expert in such matters, I should think that the very fact of making a token effort is likely to earn them far more in 'goodwill' terms then what they expend in terms of ingredients, service, etc; and as you aver, it must be a relief not having to endure the non~stop 'shilling' that one encounters on Aer Lingus! (and Ryanair.)

excellent again man, one little thing, some of your narration didn't stay on the screen very long, (or maybe I'm a slow ready) 🤣😂

Thanks Matthew! Unfortunately due to the length of some of the clips, it's hard to get all the subtitles in long enough! I'm making a conscious effort from now on to have more b-roll to allow more time for the subtitles to be displayed on the screen. Apologies and thank you for the feedback!

What a video as usual per the first one from least used airport. They are so informative and amazing we need more, otherwise you could reach out to viewers for their videos of their journey?

Thanks a million! I should have another one out in September, as for your second point it’s an interesting preposition but I feel that many variables would prevent it from working. Thanks again for watching!
