Absolutely, letting go can be seem too easy on the outside 'oh i dont think about it no more im letting go' but in reality its way deeper and can be darker too. Letting go of patterns and old thought constructs can take time. Nice work 💪🏼

Be careful to tell people to be who they are some people are at super lows in n bad mind set and they believe thats who they are! Lots of lost people that will confuse them love
