Your Expectations Are Ruining Your Life

How often in life does our expectations determine our happiness and contentment? Where in life does our expectations hold us back from being content in the moment with what we have while still allowing ourselves to grow through the future. This is where we must remember to love and accept ourselves and also see beyond the limiting beliefs and expectations we have for ourself, so that we do not put ourself down for not being perfect. unconditional love is an everyday practice we can benefit from and a skill that we can learn to better create an internal environment as we continue to move forward in this process of life. We as individuals have certain expectations that are put on us by society but we must not let ourselves be limited or put down by these expectations if we do not fit in their boxes. Ultimately, our self worth and happiness is determined by us and no one else, and how we determine our worth is our responsibility.
