I drove 2020 RS Turbo about 60k KMs. Used normal fuel but maintained with Honda. No knocking issue. Best sedan i had ever had

@digitalartsdigitalcurse4512 with soft foot, it can go up to 13 to 15 KMPL. While for hard rural areas u can face problems in ground clearance and hard suspension in potholes.

Now the interesting thing is that civic rs is equally faster with haval h6 2.0l and that one completes the lap in 7.53 secs whereas this one in 7.8 so i ve seen that this car can ho at 7.5 secs at best than the competition will be very very competitive

Ac issues are chronic in this variant , and the solution is only to replace the entire AC unit that may cost around 200K.. this includes change of compressor, condenser, all ducts / pipes etc ... Some auto mechanics suggest replacing the compressor with vezel, rebirth or reborn with some necessary alterations which works well in some cases

@@Muneeb_Akhtar Turbo will spool always bro, what are u saying, it will spool after 3K RPM. What depends is How well amintained the car is, Civic RS if it is abused, then it can take as much time as Civic Oriel.

listening to this i have mixed thoughts i own 17 model turbo 88k driven single hand use and throughly all these years maintained from dealership and i am using super normal petrol and no knocking issues at all .

normal petrol is 91 octane here in Pakistan so you are not going to have knocking problems the minimum recommended fuel for civic turbo rs is 91 octane anything lower than this and you will face problems just avoid local pumps and you will be fine

The minimum ron recommended fuel for this rs turbo is 91 so it will not knock on that fuel you can find normal fuel being sold with 91 octane on Total, Shell and PSO petrol pumps with hi octane fuel having higher octane value on these pump like 94 to 96 octane dont put fuel in your car from local pumps cause they have really bad fuel anything below its minimum recommended octane and the car will knock and have problems.

Strongly Disagree w the verdict. Civic X was plagued with issues including steering rack, AC problems and the dreadful knocking. With time the knocking turbo engine would cease and this is by far the most expensive component of the vehicle. And you would never know what grade of fuel the first owner used therefore extremely high risk of knocking and permenant engine damage. This is, by far, the worst second hand anyone should buy throughout the entire Pakistan auto industry. Stay away from well documented lemon model and buy new car even a smaller one you will thank yourself later.

Dear just to clarify that yes Civic X has issues of AC and steering rack but both issues can be resolved easily. Even they are not in every car. I kept 3 Civic X and all are on genuine AC and steering rack. I also own Honda city 1.5 2022 but believe me Civic X Turbo drive is much much superior than City in terms of engine performance, ride comfort, stability and build quality. Rest verybody has own choice which I respect.

many issues that civic x initially had were resolved in the facelift model which came in 2019 AC, steering rack all were resolved in the facelifted also saying that this is the worst second hand any one could buy is not true at all. there cars that are worse then this. Civic X is a very good car whether new or second hand i know this bcz i have bought a second hand civic x turbo in 2022 best sedan i have ever owned
