IS THIS MY PERFECT RAIN JACKET FOR LONG DISTANCE HIKING? | HARRIER RUN FREE WATERPROOF JACKET

I have been looking for the perfect rain jacket for my long distance hiking adventures. My criteria was:-
1. It needed a min of 15,000 waterproofness
2. It needed good ventilation
I stumbled upon the Harrier Run Free Trail Running jacket. Will this work for long distance hiking?

Looks nice and lots of useful features. The Frog Toggs is a fab jacket but I’d like something with a few zipped pockets.

Love the side zip and the length, I like long jackets. The best bit is the bum bag, I always end up tying my jacket around my waist 🤣🤣. The weight is not that bad and the price is amazing. Don’t like the colour though🤣

It’s a great jacket and my favourite to date. It does eventually wet through but it’s kept me dry in some bag UK weather.

It’s a fab jacket. I’m still not sure if it’s right for the PCT as it’s a bit heavier than I wanted but we will see. I love the features.
