The view at night must be spectacular. I had friends in the 1970’s who lived on the 31st floor of a building. The apartment had nearly floor-to- ceiling windows and I always enjoyed having dinner there.

This is a dream luxury apartment and this is the fitting coda to Cash’s week. If one has to live in view of midtown Manhattan, this is where you would settle.

Wow! Fantastic apartment! Amenities are very good and the area the building is located looks pretty decent! I still would have appreciated a bathroom attached to one of the bedrooms, but Holy Crap, Cashman! I really liked that place! Of course, I'd never be able to afford that rent, but whoever can, Kudos to them! Violet is a star and I am so glad I get to live vicariously through you! Waiting for the next video...

The bathrooms are gorgeous!! Seperate sink sprayer AND medicine closets? Bring it on!! Great place!!! Violet is so lucky to have a great Dad like you. I have 2 boys so I never have to worry about leftovers. I am a small eater but what I dont eat, there is a guy around to finish it off- they are NOT picky eaters!! They are like walking trash compactors, actually. I got super lucky- I thank God every day I didn’t have girls. Girls are easier to deal with when they are young, but boys are WAY BETTER when they are teens. Keep them fed & they are happy. Girls need so much more. Anyhoo- Great video. Read to her A LOT and she will be a reader. Both of mine were able to skip grades because they were such avid readers.

You are paying for the views and amenities with that building. I lived briefly in a Rockrose building years ago, they are known for their luxury amenities. I would not want to live that high up because in case there is a power outage you need to go down 41 flights of stairs, something to think about. Violet is too adorable, hope she is happy with her book and gifts!
