Tons of accs on player auctions and that's just one of the sites.. This person very likely bought the account TO cheat on so it's less suspicious.. "check my rank" is a good deterrent to the average casual OW player.

Answering/Responding to account sharing comments in video. - Yes, buying accounts is still a massive market for OW2 and honestly has grown with the need for a phone number. It used to be you could just create a bunch of Bnets and wait till a sale and you’re good, now that’s not the case. - I’ve never seen anyone get banned for account sharing personally. - Yes account sharing IS a violation of the EULA. - Purchasing accounts pre-ranked is already crappy, purchasing accounts way outside your own rank is already shitty. Just get a freshie and rank it yourself, come on. It’s not that hard. - You can absolutely see the IP address and rough location of people on the account, but that’s not a good determining factor as people’s IPs can rotate, VPNs exist, etc. Hardware signatures/IDs are better but still not foolproof as those can be spoofed. - Dude probably got Alt-F4d or someone else logged into the account. That’s the only instances I’ve seen someone exit a game that quick. There could be other ways though. Even power outage or internet outage wouldn’t be that fast.

He's definitely using a Python Aimbot AI. It's undetected in every game except Valorant. But I doubt that. If he's in the Top 30, he should be good, right? Movement, etc.? Yeah, maybe his account was stolen or logged into, and the seller probably put it up for sale. Someone bought it to cheat on the account so it won't be too obvious. I know someone who sells OW2 accounts, and a lot of people still buy them, and they're all full access to email. That's what makes it scarier. okay. When He left the game thats probably the owner Of the account logging into OW2 it make sense now. The account is NFA for sure.

yeah cheaters are everywhere and i saw one saying that 26% of the playerbase is cheating and its been like this for months... but well this is a free to play game without an anticheat maybe the streamers with big range should stand up for an anticheat for this game cause its getting out of hand

Actually there is anti-cheat, however it's not as intrusive as other games (not a rootkit). The issue is how most overwatch cheats function. From my research they function like or use OBS to basically mirror the output of the game and work using that. Since there's no modifications made to any of the OW files or the memory the executable is using, there's nothing to detect. This was likely done to avoid false positives since they know their support team is dogshit and automated bots ignore appeals.
