@Blitzvonic Genetically/robotically enhanced does not count. The arm/hand is still there, there's just state of the art enhancements applied to said limb. It's not the same as the arm/hand being completely gone and replaced with a fully mechanical/metal arm/prosthetic. By the logic you propose, you might as well add Sojourn into the mix. lol

@@Jay3 The point is the people making this comparison aren't listening. Its two different systems of input you can't compare skill level based on that. I started on xbox and play pretty much exclusively on pc and my ability to play was easier. People think the aim assist is doing all the work but you can take a console player and give them a mouse and they'll still be pretty good, it ain't gonna work in reverse.

If you were to take the average skill level of a player and disregard their hardware completely (putting it in a vacuum) you’d see a drop between console towards PC. But is it by no means fair to say that console players are bad players since they are literally only able to be as good as their system allows.

The main thing you lose from console to PC, is the aim n some mechanical skills. But u still have the game sense and positioning knowledge all that. If u play mostly dps hitscan, probably yeah u drop. Maybe other aim heavy hero like illari, hog, kiri, zen. Maybe. But other heroes? Probably no diff

It makes no sense to keep saying that console players are worse than PC players. They’ve done very well in the games you’ve hosted, Jay, and to add to that, you can’t discredit their game sense and knowledgeability. If they crossed over into PC, more than likely they would still be very high ranks.

For the last video, while I think he isn't totally correct I think he made some valid points. You can't compare console and pc players, since they both have their niches. Console has far superior aim but lacks when it comes to projectile and movement based characters, meaning characters like ashe, soldier and widow are better on console. Whilst, Pc players niche is characters with movement and projectile. They can both play outside their niche with practice but both those niches are superior on those inputs. They also have different meta's because of those niches, which can cause one to be superior to another at different points. But in my honest opinion, you can't compare console ranked and pc ranked 1 to 1.

For the pc to console debate, a low gm console is 100% equivalent to a pc plat, but a high gm/top 500 console might be more similar to higher ranked pc players, just depends on who they are, but ngl there’s like 100 actually good console players out there, everyone else is just not at the skill level of pc players, I’m sorry.

Pc gm is better than console gm but console gm is still gm compared to pc plat. I had a friend who was colsole gm and he ended up around diamond on rein who is arguably not a good hero but still doesnt require aim. He played rein the way he does in gm on console and it got him as far as diamond. But he still easily diffs plat reins and most diamond reins as well. The games are just played differently and pc requires significantly more skill to climb and to be good at the game.
