It is just annoying hoe ignorant people are and assume Somalis are not native to Kenya. Even worse when it is folks from neighbouring countries. Kenya has a very diverse ethic mix compared to any of her neighbours and Africa in general.

somalis are one of Kenya's ethnic community, so when we say somali, we mean Kenyan of somali tribe or ethnicity, we have somali in somalia, Djibouti, Ethiopia and Kenya...(so don't be mistaken, they are kenyans of somali ethnicity, correction, ISIOLO, MARSABIT ,tana River counties are of mainly oromo() ethnicity...

Somali is one of the ethnic groups in Kenya. There is a misconception by foreigners that Somalis are migrants from Somalia.There are Kenyan Somalis and Somalian Somalis just as there are Kenyan and Tanzanian Maasais
