Tribalism/clanism and ignorance which lead to division and disunity are the main reasons why Somalia has been the way it is. Kenya has gone over and beyond to do its best to be a home for Somalis fleeing war and instability. It is also imperative that Somalis who are citizens of Somalia, and NOT Kenyan, realize and accept that Somali is an INDIGENOUS tribe of Kenya, and 6th largest of the 44 tribes, just like there are Maasai both in Kenya and Tanzania. If you are looking for an enemy, look inside Somalia, but not Ethiopia or Kenya.

The part of Kenya that is inhabited by Somalis was given to Kenya by the British who did not want to merch it with Greater Somalia despite the overwhelming choice of the inhabitants. Somalis don't want to be part of Kenya and that is why the Somali flag has a 5 pointed star. Inshallah one day all 5 will be united and let's see who can stop Somalis from taking over East Africa. We were known as the lions of Africa. And Business wise we already have. We are the largest importers of Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
