Speaking of 'semi-trucks' I also noticed the Def Leppard 'On Through The Night' with the classic American style tractor trailer. They're really an American icon indicating how large our country is. My German family throughout the decades whenever they'd come over were fascinated by these big American trucks going down the highway. A couple of them even had models of them as a centerpiece in their houses because it reminded them of America and all the good times they had when visiting. They liked the wide open spaces and the over-the-road big trucks designed and built just for this purpose with all of the flashy chrome and custom paint jobs making them rolling works of art.

I grew up on Elvis as a teenager. My wife still has a used Coca Cola can of his. It is not so much the sun that makes the icicles - it is usually the indoor heat which warms up the roof which in turn makes the snow on the roof melt and start running. In countries with long/hard winters, it is often used as a sign of how well insulated the house is, since you want to keep as much of the heat indoors and not let it escape through roofs/attics.

The icicles hanging off the edge of your roof are a result of heat loss from the building melting the snow which runs down into the gutter and then freezes and this is the overflow dripping down off of the gutter and it probably will pull your gutter down. Love your channel, I look forward to your postings.

That is a print Picasso, but there are a lot of real Picasso's around that are just sketches usually, often on bar napkins. He would trade a signed sketch for a bar tab or meals for him and his friends.

The XX on a case knife means they tempered the steel twice. Double tempered. Also the more dots they have the older they are. My father in law collected Case knives among others and pocket watches. When he passed away everyone in the family got a knife and pocket watch. I did a lot of the investigative work on the X's and dots, how much each was worth, etc...Most everyone picked their items by how they looked. I did not.

What a cool pawn shop! I love the atmosphere. I worked in a San Francisco pawnshop in the early 90s with two middle aged women who didn't know anything about anything. They couldn't even hook up a VCR or a Nintendo console. They did the jewelry and miscellaneous and I did tools and entertainment items. I carried a lot of heavy CRT televisions up and down those basements. The reason I quit because my wife and I had planned to fly to Reno for three days and right before leaving my boss called me on the phone. "I need your help today. Please I know its your day off but I need you to come in and help move some stuff." I worked my ass off for almost 10 hours moving stacks of VCRs and stuff all day. That cheap bastard paid me $40 for 9 hours of hard work. Screw him.

That snow looks like it does in north Arkansas right now it started to melt some today first time we have been above freezing in about 2 weeks we set record low temperatures here several times this and last week especially the 16th when it was 8 to 20 below zero that morning over north central and north west Arkansas actual temperatures and up to 30 below zero wind chill I'm glad it's over.

I ship anniversary clocks all the time. Wrap the inside with bubble wrap where it fits snuggly inside the dome. Then wrap the dome and double box. Never broken one.

About ur tool table have a guy make i box ends out 2 by 4s and screw 2 by 4 acoss it screw plywood to it and a bottom self for bigger tools beast table it never givein on weight u can have it built the length you want and how wide u want screws will let u disassble it if u want move it it be heavy duty
