Merry Christmas Smith brothers and family. I hope Tyler and Momma do spend Christmas with Granger and family as there is nothing better than the excitement of a little child on Christmas morning and family should be together whenever possible. I know when I was growing up our "Santa" gifts were never wrapped. I don't recall what year I knew for sure he wasn't real but I woke up way too early and dad was still putting together a bike for me. It will be a quiet one at my home this year with just me the hubs and my momma but I will be at church tonight for our Christmas Eve service.

Christmas is not the same after you loss someone really close. Are family loss my Dad and mom would be our children grandparents and there dad and my husband with in 18 months...I look at Christmas different Jesus is the Reason for this Season.

I love how fired up Granger gets about sharing the gospel. Christmas is very cultural we have lost the reason for the season. I do not like when people say xmas because they have removed Christ all together.

Stick together as a family AS LONG AS YOU CAN. Christmas is nothing without your family! When you're in it, you just wish that you could stay home and do nothing, but after their gone, all you want to do is have them their be able to go visit!

Family or friends who are like family definitely make a difference. This year because we moved I am away from family and friends who are family and definitely depressed over it even though I am not alone as I have my hubs and mom and will be at Christmas Eve service this evening. I am doing the best I can but just missing the "magic" of it. Next year I hope we will be with family and that will make it better.

This life is the bitter pill. The Holy Bible is about the Savior who took it with us. Time here is smaller than a micron of water in the ocean, but the significance of who Christ is bigger than astronomical. Just stepping through church doors is a step of faith. God bless them. I was watching Sgt York last night, true story taken from his diary. He was on his way to shoot a man, when he got struck by lightning. He got off the ground his gun was destroyed and he heard singing coming from a church. It took all that to happen for him to walk into the church by faith.
