I do the same thing. I've got a 24x12 board for home use, but use a Pedaltrain Nano+ with five pedals (including a tuner) when I play live. Would recommend the 1Spot Pro which fits under the Nano and would fit under your Metro.

It was totally user error for me-I tried the voodoo lab x8 at a music store underneath the metro20 and it fit *without the power cord plugged in* and I thought I was good … wrong! Live and learn

@@vincent_van_nunu Totally understand, I've done the same.. also I should clarify, the CS6 low profile version works - also has two 500ma outputs that would work with your Golden Reverb.

@ thanks will definitely check that out-as I said in another comment reply this power configuration was super ad hoc -the point of the video was more about choosing a small selection of pedals to cover a bunch of different styles / genres. Thanks for watching!

what kind of idiot puts the power supply up front? Here let me just step over all this other shit to hit my pedals. Plus now your going to catch the cables with your foot turning on the univibe. Theres a reason everone has it in the back or underneath the board.

THAT is EXACTLY the very first thing I thought when I saw this!!!!! WTF!!!!

Think you missed the point of this video lol. The power supply configuration was super ad hoc-the only relevance is that the UAD golden reverb requires 500ma so you need a dedicated power source for it.

@vincent_van_nunu I think they mean in instances where the power supply needs to be on top, it should be behind the pedals, so you're not having to step over it.

I get it but it’s just missing the point. I didn’t make this video to focus on the power supply layout lol. Thanks anyway

Vibe works better before the drive... just saying.
@vincent_van_nunu2 күн бұрын
@@aonortac will try it! I sometimes put the other modulation pedals in the fx loop of the Marshall-but I always prefer the vibe in front of the preamp section so I never put it in the loop

too much talking, not enough playing.

Ha, literally NO playing! I was thinking individual videos for each pedal might make more sense (already have one for the warm drive). Thanks anyway
