Very nice. I think there is to many above cupboards. Id make room for full size refrigerator. I think i saw one in one of the bedrooms. I would put a small version of a regular fridge. To store ice cold drinks for your summer months. New glass front door and above awning. . Love the kitchen above lights to show off the stone. ❤❤❤❤❤

Gorgeous home. The fridge in the bedroom you said could be a living room/lounge makes sense. Can the attic become a roof terrace? Is this is a small town for the 7% tax scheme or is it bigger?

Population is about 5K and being in Molise yes. Not sure about the terrace. Being in the historical centre it may take a while for an approval if at all

Why does some of the exposed stone stand out from the plaster ? Surely it would be set back from the plaster? I love it but can't work out how it would protrude

Good price. I wonder if it's possible to raise the roof to get proper rooms in the attic, since it looks quite big and a waste just for storage. by doing that you can lose the tiny bathroom and use one of the 3 bedrooms as a bathroom.

This home is REVISIT!!?? I feel certain it is but wondering if my mind if going bit bad? Maybe I should not be planning to make this move!! It IS revisit- somebody please confirm this with me! Thanks kindly! And also, price reduced some... by how much? It’s nice place and the big huge plus is three bedrooms... and yes first upstairs tbedroom becomes living room area...& will make home simply perfect. I think too- I’d move the very nice stove kitchen area towards wall that currently has tv... only to open fireplace bit more, mount TV up above & put a sofa facing fireplace & small kitchen table. It’s a perfect place, small & compact. Stove v nice. It cute... and will keep me on healthy ty. (Patron- it is $350- per month? Confused? Am I correct been thinking, for all you do.pls clarify. ty)
