I didnt have the 09s unfortunately but both edson and gee said it's the original denim, still instock from way back then? I thought it was a touch darker but they said it 🤷🏽‍♂️

@@sneakerspeaker It is a bit darker and a slightly different texture(old is a bit rougher) , so I have my doubts its the same fabric. However unless you hold them next to each other it is hard to tell the difference.
