We've stayed at the Hyatt several times. Always in room 2133. We have booked a king premium for November. Thanks for the tour 😊. Our usual room has 2 queen size beds made-up as a super king might be the only one in the hotel 😢 lol. Hope you had fun

Try the Mercure next time. Southern end of beach bit quiet. Has big big room with bunk beds for kids and living rooms and much cheaper

its not the best Dirty cutlery more then once. Got even lipstick on my glas when it was served. So no its having not good staff and bad cooks. I live in bali been there many times in the past when it was much beter then today.

Totally agree. I’m staying there right now. It’s the worst experience Ive had in Bali. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again.
