@@HomeRene NICE! Yeah it’s fun to fire up. Make sure to empty the gas tank at the end of the session when you store it for winter. And after the tank is empty, run it to burn off the rest of remaining vapours and gas. From there you will have no troubles firing it up at the start of next season.

Right now this 3100 psi / 2.3 GPM Honda motor pressure washer is on sale at Home Depot for $100.00 off so $299.00 on sale, regularly $399.00. I'm a Milwaukee guy and don't normally choose Ryobi but for 299.00 with Honda motor it seems like a no brainer.

Do you know what the warranty is on the pump? The pump is usually the first thing to go.

This is my second season with it Kelly Just before the filming I realized I forgot to drain the old gas from last summer; it would start but then stall. So I emptied the tank and added new fresh fuel and it fired up with no problems. As noted in the video I am very happy with it. What nasty things have you seen in the other reviews?

Yeah the strongest electric residential pressure washers out there do 3000psi "allegedly" but only at 1.0 gpm, the difference is significant. It takes me much longer to clean a deck with the electric one than the gas pressure washer, gpm makes all the difference.

It certainly does!!! For years I would borrow my dads electric only to find that I missed so many spots on the drive; felt like I wasted a day because the job did not get done right. After picking up the gas with more pressure and GPM, WOW, yeah I will never go back. I do love my electric for washing the cars though.

The exposed aggregate concrete? Used all the time here in BC. You pour your sidewalk or driveway and then come back a few hours later and then hose off the top layer.

Maybe an hour @britaniewagner4660. The key is to do it even year. When you skip a year, it likes 4 times the work to get it just right again.

what sort of fuel are you using for it? is it a waste of money to use 'recreational' fuel (no ethanol)

I use standard regular 87 gas. I had a hard time firing it up this season as there was some fuel in it from the last season. Lesson learned, empty the fuel in fall and run it till it stalls out to clean out any remaining fuel.

I just bought the 2900 gas ryobi ...can i use 87 octane? Because i ve been using the True Fuel and its expensive

I think so but check your owners manual. It will note what is acceptable in there. For the gas use itself, I have to fill my twice maybe when I do the front and back of the house.

Maybe if they came with a manual. In 4 tutorials we have found no real infornation or instructions . No more info than: water is wet and the sky is blue 10 years ago you tube tutorials contained real information &/or instructions. Nowadays everyone wants to be talking without having any real know how. And they call this the information age. HAH!
