? I got The same person washes a 3100.Just like yours with the great button.I took off the cover to the air filter.And I discover it looks like it's a line missing to the throttle body on one part on the black.One not the greatly and it won't start yeah

Does it have any mode that can change the psi coming out?

The nozzle has 5 settings that can be used to adjust the spray angle, which will change the resulting water pressure output. There are two settings for wash that are lower pressure than the non-wash settings. Aside from the nozzle, I don't think there's a way to change pressure being produced by the engine itself (unless adding a separate flow control device).

Bought a new onw but it will not start. And suggestions?

Ours actually had a similar issue early on after I made the video. It ended up being a bad carburetor seal. I think there are some common issues with these Ryobi gas pressure washers and the fuel supply system. Also, worth double-checking that the spark plug is seated well.
