I am using Pyromancer Tanya from the first day when I got her (F0, LVL1). The best way to utilize her, is never use her SP1. Because she already has fire in her every combo ender. Instead use SP2 always. As it will make an opponent "blind" . She has this "blind powder" in her combo enders too but it is 30% chance. So better to save power till 2 bars and use SP2. Opponent will get blinded and will miss most of basic attacks, also will take extra 50% more damage from fire which she can apply easily in combo ender. Also no one can resist her powder and even "Resilience" modifier doesn't affect it.
