you should check out the level 9 garden and the sunset when you get by again 322B have quite great sunset pics from the level 9 garden because it is right where you can see the whole reservoir and sea view

7:14 that overhanging "unit" is actually two enlarged master bedrooms of the adjacent units coming together! It's just the MBRs, not a whole unit! What a rare gem those units are, the MBR is huge :)

Bayview is undisputely the best hdb estate in singapore with the best view of water/nature couple with a balcony at any room depending on offering, the o ly downside is westsun n location

You should have checked out the sky garden on level 9 of every block. Also my first Skool is in the void decks of 322A to 322D. The whole estate is sort of a classroom. That’s a nice concept :D

Definitely not longkang lah. 😂😂 Longkang are monsoon drains. This is definitely a river (although I know it's actually supposed to be a reservoir). The residents fought so hard to buy those flats just for the river views only for you to call it a longkang. 😂😂

Hey Alicia! Thanks for your comments! It depends on where the location is shot at, so if it's in a more crowded area like at the commercial space, then a mask would be worn even though technically that is not a requirement under IMDA's regulation 😀

7:44 The carpark rooftop garden at Alkaff CourtView also became like this probably because of the pandemic, when I think the gardeners/landscapers couldn't come to work (either because many of them probably lived in dorms that were locked down or come from countries that Singapore had enacted travel bans against)

True, the LRT is far, but there is a feeder bus service serving the development. So some consolations I guess?

A remarkable development by HDB. Very peaceful and scenic area with great sunset views across the river. The rest areas under the viewing decks facing the river are well occupied…most nights after sundown…and often badly littered especially on weekend nights…if you’ve ever passed by and gone in and take a look…beer cans, bottles, nut shells, food wastes, empty snack bags…until the next morning before the cleaners come. Hope the authorities are aware of the problem and are doing something about it. In fact littering is common all along the Punggol waterway. Sad…
