There is a need for management to review their standards here because having these amenities are of no use if your staff isn't proactive in welcoming guests. As seen in the video, none of the staff is proactively approaching the guest to address his concerns.In such an excellent hotel, I am surprised at how relaxed and laid back all the staff seemed to be; something you would not expect to find at such a place.

Yeah man I am 100 percent with you . The hotel property is awesome , certainly for this not so high price. But the receptionists shown have dont-care attitude .
