Thank you for all of that❤I have shoulder muscle weakness and my right shoulder click when I do abduction and adduction without pain and my doctor suggest that I do hydrotherapy so I watched your video and I am going to try it do you have any suggestions? I really appreciate it

You're welcome! Pool/hydrotherapy can be great, but it can be sneaky since often it doesn't feel like we are doing much in the water. So it's always best to start with just a little bit and slowly progress if there is no increase in pain.

If you have room for a King mattress, they have a split King option where both sides will work independently.
